Star Galaxy Couture by ICEGEL combines rich colour with a luminous magnetic cat-eye effect. Shape the shimmer with a nail magnet to create depth, dimension and elegant velvet or classic cat-eye designs.
The range now includes six shades. 1746 Umber, 1747 Claret and 1748 Rosé are limited edition colours originally released exclusively in Japan.
