Requesting a return
If you purchased online as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your order. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, this period starts after you receive the last item.
To notify us of your return, email info@driponnails.com. Please include your order number so we can help you promptly. You must send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind, colour preference, or a request to exchange an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This also applies to returns from outside the Netherlands.
You can arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. Alternatively, contact us to ask whether we can arrange a shipping label for you. If available, we will confirm the label’s cost before you agree to purchase it. These labels are not free.
Please package your return securely and keep your proof of postage.

Condition of returned items
Please handle products carefully and return them with their original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
Sealed cosmetic products
For cosmetic products supplied with a plastic hygiene seal that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the seal must remain intact.
Do not remove, cut or break this seal to inspect or test the product. Once the hygiene seal is broken after delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to these products, even if they have not been used.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we send you the wrong item, contact info@driponnails.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, include photos.
We will arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you. If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label or arrange another return method. Any replacement needed to resolve the issue will also be shipped at our expense.
Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect items are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Refunds
We will issue your refund within 14 days after you notify us that you are cancelling your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable. If you return only part of your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
