Discover ICEGEL Glowing Neon Gel, a unique glow-in-the-dark collection of five clear-based micro-glitter gels. In bright light, the shades appear soft, delicate and transparent. Once the lights go out, they transform into a vivid neon glow that instantly steals the spotlight.
The smooth, self-leveling formula was developed in-house by ICEGEL using cosmetic-grade pigments. The colour payoff is bright and expressive in just a few brush strokes, and the transparent base also makes these gels ideal for layering over your favourite colour gel.
