Drip on Nails imports and sells cosmetic products within the European Union and complies with EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009.

As the importer, we act as the Responsible Person within the EU.
Drip on Nails acts as the importer of cosmetic products within the European Union and is currently completing the required regulatory steps to fulfil the role of “Responsible Person” under EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009. Several components, including documentation and product registrations, are already in place, while remaining elements are in the process of being completed in accordance with EU legislation.

While we guarantee regulatory compliance, individual reactions to cosmetic products cannot be entirely excluded.

3. Allergies, Patch Testing & Health Disclaimer

Cosmetic products can cause allergic reactions or sensitivities.

By purchasing from Drip on Nails, you acknowledge and agree that:

you are responsible for reviewing the full INCI ingredient list before use;
you should always perform a patch test prior to full application;
Drip on Nails is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation;

5. Hygiene, Packaging & Return Policy (Cosmetic Products)

Due to EU hygiene regulations for cosmetic goods, we cannot accept returns of:

opened products,
products with broken seals,
items that have been used or tested,
any cosmetic product no longer in its original hygienic condition.

We only accept returns for:

untouched, unused, fully sealed products,
incorrect deliveries,
defective items.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to report an issue.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

Deze website wordt geëxploiteerd door Drip on Nails. De termen "wij", "we", "ons" en "onze" verwijzen naar Drip on Nails. Wij bieden deze website, webshop, producten en diensten aan op voorwaarde dat je akkoord gaat met deze Algemene Voorwaarden.

ARTIKEL 2 – COSMETICA-WETGEVING (EU 1223/2009)

Drip on Nails verkoopt cosmetische producten die in overeenstemming zijn met de EU Cosmeticaverordening 1223/2009.
Als importeur uit Zuid-Korea treden wij op als verantwoordelijke persoon in de EU.

Drip on Nails treedt op als importeur van cosmetische producten binnen de Europese Unie en bevindt zich in het afrondingsproces van alle wettelijke vereisten voor de rol van 'Responsible Person' (EU 1223/2009). Een deel van de verplichtingen, waaronder documentatie en productregistraties, is reeds voltooid. De resterende onderdelen worden momenteel volgens de Europese regelgeving voltooid.

Wij garanderen productveiligheid volgens EU-wetgeving, maar wij kunnen geen volledige risicovrijheid garanderen bij individueel gebruik.

ARTIKEL 3 – ALLERGIËN, PATCHTEST & GEZONDHEID

Cosmetica kan allergische reacties veroorzaken. Door een aankoop te doen erken je dat:

je zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor het controleren van de ingrediëntenlijst (INCI);
je wordt aangeraden een patchtest uit te voeren vóór volledig gebruik;
Drip on Nails niet aansprakelijk is voor allergische reacties of huid-/nagelschade;
producten niet bedoeld zijn om medische aandoeningen te diagnosticeren, behandelen of genezen;
bij medische twijfel geadviseerd wordt om een arts te raadplegen.

ARTIKEL 4 – PRODUCTEN EN DIENSTEN

Bepaalde producten worden exclusief online aangeboden en kunnen in beperkte hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn.

Wij doen ons best om kleuren en afbeeldingen nauwkeurig weer te geven, maar scherminstellingen en batchvariaties kunnen leiden tot kleine verschillen.

Gebruik:

producten dienen volgens instructies te worden gebruikt;
bewaar producten op de juiste temperatuur;
gebruik geen product als geur, kleur of structuur afwijkend is;
batchnummers en productievariaties kunnen voorkomen.

Professioneel gebruik:
Drip on Nails is niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat door professioneel onjuist gebruik, verkeerde applicatietechnieken of ongeschikte combinaties van producten.

ARTIKEL 5 – HYGIËNE & RETOURREGELS (COSMETICA)

Cosmetische producten vallen onder hygiëneproducten.
Om deze reden kunnen geopende producten niet geretourneerd worden.

Niet-retourneerbaar:

geopende producten;
verbroken verzegeling;
producten die in contact zijn geweest met de huid/nagels;
gebruikte nagelproducten of producten met gebruikssporen.

Wél retour:

ongeopende, verzegelde producten;
producten die beschadigd, defect of verkeerd geleverd zijn.

Je dient ons binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te contacteren bij een probleem.

Wij behouden het recht retouren te weigeren wanneer:

het product geopend is;
het product gebruikt is;
schade is ontstaan door verkeerd gebruik.

ARTIKEL 6 – PRIJZEN EN BESTELLINGEN

Alle prijzen op de website worden weergegeven in EUR en exclusief btw.
Het btw-bedrag en de totaalprijs inclusief btw worden automatisch weergegeven in het winkelmandje en tijdens het afrekenen.

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om prijzen op elk moment te wijzigen.

Wij kunnen bestellingen weigeren of annuleren bij:

vermoeden van misbruik of fraude;
technische fouten in prijs of productvermelding;
